You'll find measurements for the main hall and its side annex here. The hall ceiling is an impressive 7m high- plenty of room for fun inflatables, and easy access to the end of the hall directly from the car park through the double fire doors. We only ask that you note the ceiling-mounted projector and take care to avoid it.

Whole hall and car park - what's included

Hirers have use of the whole hall, including car parking.
Also included is: use of the hall's 15 tables and 100 chairs; all kitchen equipment which includes a 100-place setting of crockery and cutlery, mugs, a filter coffee machine and large hot water urn, a larder fridge, an oven and electric hob.

Acoustic ceiling baffles make this a comfortable venue even for large noisy gatherings, and our air conditioning system effectively heats or cools the whole space. A large side annex directly off the hall is the ideal space for a buffet station or a separate children’s play area, and the hall has a dedicated bar space with sink and fridge.

Our exceptional ceiling height means there is room for most commercial party inflatables, with easy access for heavy equipment from the car park through the double emergency exit doors.

Modular self-assembly staging is available for hire. Please contact the booking secretary for details.

A full audio-visual system, with projector and 135" motorised screen on the end wall of the hall is available to hirers, and can be used in tandem with the wifi connection and users' own devices. Please ask for further details if you want to use this equipment during your hire.

We are committed to making the hall available to every member of the community, in line with our deed of trust which makes the hall the property of all those living within Crick Parish. So although under-18s cannot book the hall themselves, we are open to making the hall a safe space for school proms and teenagers' parties as long as these events have sufficient and appropriate guaranteed adult supervision. This must be booked at least two weeks before your event. Prices start at £18 per hour. Please check with the booking secretary for availability and a quote.

50 coffee mugs; plus 100-place settings - dinner plate, side plate, dessert bowl, tea cup and saucer.

Approx. 100 table settings - knives, forks, dessert spoons. Please check ahead of your booking that there are sufficient place settings for your event.
